Earlier this year Sandwell PCT ran a number of successful events which looked to find agreement from the local community on which values describe the way Sandwell Primary Care will work as an organisation, what it stands for and what people can expect from the organisation. Following these events, at which important contributions were made from representatives of the community and voluntary sector, Rob Bacon, Sandwell PCTs Chief Executive, is recommending to the PCT Board that the PCT adopt: “Working together to improve the health and the wellbeing of our local communities” as the vision statement for Sandwell PCT. This is the statement that best represents the views of everyone who took part.
Now, in order to make Sandwell PCT’s vision a reality, some clear outcomes need to be set focusing on achievements over the next five years. Sandwell PCT would like to take the opportunity to discuss the long list of priorities with you in order that the right eight priorities are chosen.
