Targeted Support Fund

Part of the Government’s Real Heal For Communities action plan, this fund is about helping voluntary organisations, charities and social enterprises, that provide advice, support and skills development services, to respond to increased demand as a result of the current economic downturn.

More than £360,000 has been allocated for distribution in Sandwell with grants available between £10,000 and £40,000 from expenditure between 1st September 2009 and 31st March 2010. The fund will be targeted at those areas most affected by the economic downturn.

The deadline for applications is 29th June 2009. All funds must be allocated in this round.

Register of Interest

To ensure that sufficient, appropriate applications are received by the deadline, please inform SCVO if you are intending to apply as soon as possible, so that we can get a picture of the number and range of applications we can expect. This is important because if any of the fund is not allocated, it will be returned to the Treasury in London!
