 Sandwell Active Youth Involvement Team (SAY IT) has been working with the Sandwell Youth Parliament and Shadow Youth Cabinet to organise an event for National Local Democracy Week which is held every year as part of the Local Government Association’s Local Democracy Campaign. This year it is taking place from Monday 12 October until Sunday 18 October 2009. Finditinsandwell is hosting a free 'Women In Sandwell Enterprise'  (WISE) networking event on 21 September 2009, The Public, New Street, West Bromwich B70 7PG. The aim of the event is to offer practical and motivational support to women who are just starting out, or have an existing business in Sandwell or a potential business interest in the area.
