NCVO, Public Service Delivery Network, will be delivering two new courses in Birmingham centered around tendering and procurement in early 2010.

Tendering For Better Services

Tuesday 16 February 2010, 10am – 4pm.

An intensive course for commissioners, providers and support agencies on the issues, challenges and opportunities of tendering. This course will offer:

  • a detailed overview of the tendering process and documents phase-by-phase.
  • guidance on how commissioners can produce effective service specifications for best value.
  • insights for providers on how to present their offer and how to price their tenders.
  • an opportunity for practitioners from both sectors to network, discuss ideas and compare experiences.
