What types of organisations or businesses are social enterprises? What legal forms are available to them, and what difference does it make in terms of legal responsibilities, liability, taxation, income generation and credibility?
This one-day training course, led by Sandy Adirondack, will start from basics and not assume any prior knowledge about social enterprise, charity trading or legal structures.
