Sandwell Council of Voluntary Organisations - SCVO. Supporting the Growth of Community Action in Sandwell.

On the 23rd November 2009, SCVO jointly organised an event with Sandwell Primary Care Trust to update the voluntary and community sector on the PCT’s Right Care Right Here Programme (Formerly Towards 2010).  The Programme plans to change the way health and social care services are delivered.  It is working to deliver care closer to the people who need it and provide high quality care in high quality places to make Sandwell and the Heart of Birmingham healthier places to live and work.

The event was well attended with various speakers giving updates on where the Programme had progreesed to.
