Sandwell Joint Commissioning and Partnership Directorate, Children and Families are inviting providers to tender for the delivery of advocacy services for looked after children. The services will be on behalf of Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton local authorities. The contract will commence from 1st April 2011 for a period of three years with a possibility of an extension of a further two years.
