Children and young people are the future citizens of Sandwell and as such it is important that we recognise and value their contributions. Children and young people are also amongst the most vulnerable and at greatest risk of being victims of crime and of being drawn into offending behaviour. Children and young people must be enabled to make informed and educated choices on issues that affect their lives to help them achieve their full potential.
