The Albion Foundation is recruiting for National Citizen Service seasonal positions this summer. There is a Wave Leader vacancy and several Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader roles on offer.

The National Citizen Service (NCS) is a once in a lifetime unique opportunity for 15-17 year olds. NCS helps participants build skills for work and life: introducing them to new challenges; working in a team where they’ll create new friendships and grow as both an individual and a member of their community.

The programme operates during the summer after the GCSE exam period for 15-17 year olds in the Sandwell Area. The programme involves two five-day residential stays (Mon-Fri) and then taking part in a team project.

    NCS works in 4 phases:
Phase 1: A 5-day residential programme taking part in team building and exciting activities
Phase 2: A 5-day residential programme learning life skills
Phase 3: A 10-day social action programme in the local community, including further skills sessions
Phase 4: A graduation for the young people to receive their NCS certificate

All candidates must be available for at least one of Wave.
