Funding to Improve Health Care Within Communities
Funding of between £300,000 and £500,000 is available to support up to five teams across the UK for two to three years to improve health care through collaboration between those who use health services and those who deliver them.
The funding is available to support collaborations between providers of NHS services and voluntary or community sector organisations, such as charities or social enterprises. The funding is being made available through the Health Foundation’s Common Ambition programme.
