Invitation to Kooth Support Offer Session
Kooth will continue to provide online mental health and wellbeing support to young people aged 11-18 years (up to their 26th birthday if they are a care leaver) in Sandwell via any internet accessible device.
Kooth provides an opportunity to interact in a supportive way with other young people as well as receive support from our team of qualified counsellors who are online from 12-noon until 10pm on weekdays and from 6pm until 10pm, 365 days a year.
We would like to ensure that your young people are signposted to a safe environment where information, advice and guidance is accessible through age appropriate, pre-moderated articles and forums, in an aim to reduce some of the anxieties surrounding COVID-19 and anything else that may be impacting young people’s wellbeing.
I would like to invite you to a Virtual Session (presentation) to provide further information on our offer of support.
The session is being held on Wednesday 13th May at 9:30am
The session is being delivered by Jennifer Shergill (Integration & Participation Worker for Kooth), for professionals as an alternative to face to face presentations.
The sessions are accessible via Zoom (a remote virtual conferencing service platform). You will not require a Zoom registration to attend.
If you would like to join the Kooth Virtual Session, please contact jshergill@xenzone.com with your name, role and service details. Once I have received your request to attend, I will then send you an invitation to the session
