    COVID-19 testing and treatment is free of charge, irrespective of immigration status.

    The guidance has been translated into 40 languages and updated to reflect the approach to treatment of Paediatric Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome (PMIS), where a negative test result will not mean that the patient is chargeable. The NHS entitlements: migrant health guide
