Free training on Hate Crime

The Sandwell Safeguarding Adults Board has launched a new eLearning package on Hate Crime. Introduction to hate crime Level 1 is a basic awareness course developed in partnership with Dudley Safe and Sound and Sandwell Safeguarding Adults Board.

This awareness package has been designed for multi-agency staff and volunteers who have contact with people who may need support around hate crimes. It is important that everyone is able to understand the basics of hate crimes and how to raise a concern so that appropriate actions can be taken.

• Raise awareness of different types of Hate Crime
• To understand what indicators to look for
• To understand how to respond to it.
