Smallwood Trust are making funding available for women’s organisations through their Women’s Resilience Fund and the Covid 19 Frontline Women’s Fund which are both currently open for applications. The deadlines for these programmes are coming up soon on 10th and 16th November 2020 so you’ll need to be quick if you want to apply.

In order to support women’s organisations to apply for these funds, Rosa will be hosting a webinar with Smallwood Trust on Tuesday 3rd November, 11.00am – 12.00 noon. Organisations can register for this webinar on zoom using this link: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_72g0xooJT3aTzIxf0EnPMw

    Women’s Sector Resilience Fund (DCMS)

The Women’s Sector Resilience Fund is available to frontline organisations in the Women’s Sector. Its purpose is to safeguard vital services for the most vulnerable women, whose poverty has been exacerbated during the coronavirus pandemic or those who have been pushed into new financial hardship.

The services Smallwood Trust is looking to fund must enable financial resilience amongst women in England. The fund is for organisations with an annual income of up to £1 million, and you can apply for a grant of between £20,000 – £30,000.

Smallwood Trust is assessing applications on an ongoing basis so apply as soon as you can. Final deadline is Tuesday 10th November 2020.

    Covid-19 Frontline Women’s Fund

The COVID-19 Frontline Women’s Fund is being delivered by Smallwood Trust, supported by The National Lottery Community Fund. The fund will be used to provide support to organisations that are working with women most at risk of poverty and financial hardship due to the pandemic.

The fund is for organisations with an annual income of less than £250,000, and you can apply for a grant between £5,000 – £25,000.

This fund is open now and the final deadline is 5pm on Monday 16th November 2020.

PLEASE NOTE: GRANTS MUST BE SPENT BY 31ST MARCH 2021

More information on both of these funds can be found on the Smallwood Trust website: www.smallwoodtrust.org.uk/organisations

If you have any questions about these funds, please contact Smallwood Trust or register for the webinar on 3rd November at 11.00am: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_72g0xooJT3aTzIxf0EnPMw
