According to a recent guide by Chartered Institute of Fundraising charities need to invest in better supporters experience if they are to improve fundraising during the pandemic. The guide discusses how investing in and making better connections as part of the supporter experience with your charity can encourage them to give during the pandemic.
Providing and delivering good supporter experiences that reinforces their desire to help can help you to attract new and existing supporters to your charity. The guide is based around six basic principles which include focusing on donors rather than on the charity, never assuming that a charity’s supporter experience is already great, and investing in fundraising and fundraisers.
