The Charity Learning Consortium explain that learning isn’t something that is forced on you and that you should take ownership of your own learning needs taking you over some of their top tips to develop a better learning culture within your organisation.
On their website, they explain that training courses aren’t always the solution that providing practical support as part of a coaching or mentorship opportunities can be just as affective a solution to the skills gap. Within their observations they go on to point our that creating a learning pathway which maps skills to resources can encourage new pathways to specific roles within your organisation that enables individuals to see how learning can open new career pathways within an organisation.
