Thrive into Work is a specialised IPS service that supports individuals with health conditions, disabilities or mental health conditions back into employment. The programme currently covers Sandwell, West Birmingham and Wolverhampton. The initiative is funded through the West Midlands Combined Authority and has had a very successful three year trial.

Thrive into Work is a community based provision. However, during lockdown, the Programme has had to adopt new ways on working in a virtual world.

    Who is the service for?
People with a mental health and/or a physical health condition
People who require support in work and are at risk of losing their job, or are on a period of sick leave
You should be 18 plus at time of referral.

    What does the service provide?
Help in finding a job if you are not in paid employment, and continued support once you have started
Help talking to your employer about your needs at work.

    How to get involved?
Email Prospects (part of Shaw Trust) on thrive@prospects.co.uk or call 07876650357 for Sandwell, West Birmingham and Wolverhampton areas.
