Citizens Advice: Pandemic brings increase in demand

During the pandemic Citizens Advice centres across the West Midlands have moved to mobile working. Making sure that people still have access to vital advice.

The Sandwell and Walsall organisations have recently merged. Their latest initiative is Cassie a mobile van which travels across their region offering face to face advice often to vulnerable clients.
