Autin Dance Theatre are looking for community participants aged over 55 to join our FREE online movement and wellbeing sessions! This series of interactive and collaborative online workshops will be delivered on Zoom.

The sessions will last for 60 minutes and consist of a light physical warm up, followed by a chance to move together, meet with others and learn some dance and mindfulness techniques. The aim of each session will be to support participants in developing resilience, and improving mental and physical health.

This programme will take place over March and April 2021 and each of our workshops will be different, so that it is enriching for all participants who attend just one session as well as those who sign-up to more than one. These fun and friendly movement sessions will be tailored to everyone’s ability, and will be suitable for those with restricted physical abilities.

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Book in early to avoid disappointment via Eventbrite by clicking here.
