South Staffs Water Priority Services Register

We would like our customers to sign up to our Priority Services Register. This is a free service that can offer a variety of support mechanisms for our customers, such as different format bills and help in a no water incident. The main thing we need to do is get people registered on it.

In the course of conversations with individuals it would be great if people are made aware of this service. To put some context on this, at a large and complicated burst main in February in the north of our region, people were without water for around 24hours. You can imagine if that someone is older or isolating or have a disability this could cause quite a degree of worry and anxiety, but if they are on our register we can contact them and arrange to get them water.

Although we hope this doesn’t happen to people it’s better to be safe than sorry. People can apply online
