    Citizens Advice Sandwell and Walsall have Learning and Development Officer position

    Do you enjoy working with people and helping them to develop their full potential? Do you have experience of delivering and designing training? Citizens Advice Sandwell and Walsall are looking for a skilled and experienced Learning and Development Officer to have responsibility for implementing a Learning and Development plan. You will have strong team working skills and a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely.

    Hours: 22.5 hours per week
    Salary: £26,000 (Pro-Rata)
    Contract: 12 months fixed term

    The post holder will take a strategic approach to training, assessing the skills and knowledge within the organisation and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills. You will either deliver the training yourself or arrange for a third-party trainer to do it.
