Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall: Debt Advice Worker

We are looking for two Debt Advice Workers to join the Sandwell & Walsall team to provide a specialist debt advice service to our clients.

You will be responsible for assessing and prioritising client needs and providing practical help and advice by calculating, negotiating, drafting/writing letters and making calls on the clients behalf. You will act as a point of contact for clients whilst negotiating on their behalf with third parties.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable individual to join the Sandwell & Walsall team providing essential support to clients across Sandwell & Walsall.

Hours: 37 hours per week / 30hrs per week
Salary: £26,273
Contract: Fixed Term until January 2023 (Funding dependant)
