Midland Metropolitan University Hospital in Smethwick is opening in 2023. Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust want to make it easier for patients and visitors to find their way around the hospital. The Trust want to explore with you what would work best for you, perhaps the use of maps on your phone, signs in the hospital, volunteers to point you in the right direction, or a combination.
The Trust would like to make sure it has listened to your ideas and suggestions of what would work for everyone visiting the hospital.
You are invited to join one of two workshops being held in March 2022. There will be an opportunity to look at examples of what exists elsewhere in the country and seek your views on what would be most helpful to you when visiting the hospital.
In-person Workshop: Tuesday 15th March 2022 at 10.00 am, at Lodge Road Community Centre, Lodge Road, West Bromwich B70 8PJ
To book a place onto this face to face workshop please email swbh.engagement@nhs.net or call 0121 507 2671 or book directly via Eventbrite.
