Catalyst 4 Change CIC is a small and passionate team with a big ambition; being committed to working with Black communities in the West Midlands to tackle mental health inequalities and racial injustice head on, so that Black communities thrive and that their mental health support needs are met.

• Community Engagement & Network Co-ordinator (21 hours per week)
• LEx Leaders programme Co-ordinator (21 hours per week)
• Operational & Finance Administrator (28 hours per week)
