One of the biggest threats to a business is losing employees. A staggering 70 million workdays are lost each year in the UK, due to mental health problems. Kaleidoscope is running a free to course on how employers and employees can recognise the causes of workplace burnout, identify symptoms, and examine the impact it can have on your mental health and wellbeing.

When: Thursday 9th June. 9.30 am – 12.30 pm  (3 hours CPD accreditation)

Where: Empower Suite, Hope Place, 321 High St, West Bromwich B70 8LU

You will be encouraged and supported to design your own ‘Personal Battle plan’, identifying coping strategies and positive ways towards a healthy work life balance.

    Learning outcomes will include: –

    • Recognise the signs and symptoms of staff burnout
    • Identify coping strategies as an employer and employee
    • Create your own ‘Personal Battle plan’ to move forward

The course is funded by the Better Mental Health campaign for people living or working in Sandwell, West Midlands.
