Our informative and free session will be held on Thursday 22 September 10am till 12.30pm via a Zoom Conference Call.
The aims of the session are:
- To define what project planning is and discover why it’s an important tool when considering or designing a new project or idea,
- To enable you to explore the steps involved in creating a useful project plan, sequencing of activities, utilising resources and minimising risks.
- To provide you with project planning tools and resources together with practical hints and tips to help you plan your projects in more detail.
Regardless of the size or scope of your project, these project planning skills and resources will equip you with the necessary tools your organisation needs to manage all kinds of projects.
