Breakthru’s New Male Aman Group
Breakthru’s new Male Aman Group, has recently started and meets at West Bromwich Library, 316 High Street, West Bromwich, every Friday from 12.30 to 1.30 pm.
The group offers men (particularly South Asian men) the opportunity to take part in weekly gentle chair-based exercise, informed sessions, workshops and organised trips and outings.
