    Helping Communities Fund – West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner

    The Helping Communities Fund has relaunched with a further £189,000 on offer to help make communities in Birmingham and the Black Country safer.

    The money is made up from which money which has been seized from criminals under the Proceeds of Crime Act and is used to allow communities to invest in their neighbourhoods to improve safety. Its purpose is to support locally based projects which aim to make a positive difference and make the West Midlands a safer place to live, learn and work. All the funded projects will contribute to crime prevention and reduction, and community safety in the local area.

    Bids must be submitted by noon on Friday 21st November 2022, late applications will not be accepted.

    Decisions will be made by community panels from w/c 1st December 2022.
