Citizens Advice Sandwell and Walsall: Transitional Support Worker

Citizens Advice Sandwell and Walsall would like to appoint a Transitional Support Worker on a fixed contract of 12 months.  The salary is £24,000 for a 37-hour working week.

The successful applicant will be located in Sandwell and will be required to work in partnership with young people, preparing to make the transition from public care, their carers and relevant agencies.
