Special Olympics Sandwell is in need of a little space, for both storage and sprinting! The organisation seeks somewhere to store equipment, and an outdoor venue for Thursday evening athletics sessions.
Special Olympics Sandwell offers sporting opportunities for children and adults with an intellectual /learning disability. Founded in 1983, there are currently around 50 participants, enjoying a range of activities from swimming to athletics, some up to competitive standard.
The organisation has recently been awarded the prestigious Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service.

Norma says there are also a variety of volunteering roles currently on offer with the organisation, with more information here LetsgoSandwell
