    Swimming Teacher Funding

Becoming a Swimming Teacher can be an incredibly rewarding career, teaching an essential life skill to others. With a shortage of swimming teachers, there are currently many employment opportunities available for qualified swimming teachers, often offering flexible hours to fit around your lifestyle.

To address shortages of swimming teachers locally, an opportunity has arisen to undertake funded swim teacher training in Sandwell.

This is an offer by The Community Academy, with training valued at over £1000. It also includes mentoring to support development.

Successful candidates will be expected to commit to a minimum of two shifts a week. Once qualified, the individual will be employed as a paid swimming teacher by one of the partners on a part time basis. Closing date 30 March 23. No prior experience required.

For more information and to register your interest, visit: https://www.swimming.org/ios/course-information/black-country-community-swimming-teacher-recruitment-academy/

Closing date for registration is 16th March 2023 … don’t miss out!
