Black Country Touring: Admin and Projects Assistant
Black Country Touring is hiring! They are looking for a capable, efficient and enthusiastic Admin and Projects Assistant to join the team, to support administrative and operational functions. The role is key to enable the organisation to deliver high-quality theatre, dance and film events and productions across the Black Country.
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 days, with a flexible approach)
- Salary: £21,853
- Pension: Employer contribution of 3% of salary
- Holiday: 25 days per annum, plus statutory public holidays and your birthday
- Probation: 6 months
- Location: Thimblemill Library, Thimblemill Road, Smethwick B67 5RJ.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Promoter Manager in efficiently maintaining databases of show bookings, contracts and audience feedback. You will provide administrative and logistical support to BCT’s acclaimed and unique touring scheme and theatre productions. In addition, you will be flexible and versatile to work across the whole team, providing support in a wide range of projects and productions where required.
