Free Trustee Training

Are you thinking about recruiting trustees? Have you recently set up a new organisation and want to recruit trustees, or need to add to your current board and not sure where to start? One Walsall is offering a free, online Trustee Training session to any Black Country organisation as part of its combined Fours For Good* package.

The workshop will help you to think about the things you need in place before starting recruitment; roles and representation; skills you may need and what you can offer potential trustees. Also covered will be recruitment methods, potential barriers and how to support or develop trustees once they are in place.

*Fours for Good is the name of the partnership between volunteering leads at Dudley CVS, SCVO, One Walsall and Wolverhampton VCSA, collectively supporting and promoting volunteering across the Black Country.
