Funding available to Support Hosts of Student Placements

Could you support a student in their development, learning new skills in diverse areas to complement their training at university?

The Black Country Allied Health Professionals (AHP) and Nursing Faculty are currently undertaking an exciting piece of work to expand AHP and nursing student placements in new and non-traditional areas, linking voluntary and private organisations with local university partners.

Benefits for your organisation include a payment to be a host organisation from NHSE based on how many student placement hours attended; increasing your delivery capacity by adding a member to your team; providing mentoring opportunities to staff; promoting your work and increasing the reach of your organisation.
