Your Water, Your Say

South Staffs Water would like to invite you to attend their ‘Your Water, Your Say’ session on Wednesday 14 June, 4 – 6 pm, at the Brasshouse Community Centre, Brasshouse Lane, Smethwick B66 1BA. The session aims to give customers and stakeholders a chance to have their say on South Staffs Water business plan for 2025 to 2030.

What to expect

4.00 pm Welcome and meeting introduction
4.10 pm Presentation of plan for the period of 2025 to 2030
4.25 pm Your questions and comments. This section will be divided into the following themes: customer service priorities, environmental outcomes, long-term outcomes, affordability of water bills, how the five-year plan delivers the first part of South Staffs Water’s plans, other issues not already covered.
5.25 pm Next steps and close of meeting.
