Next Sound Bath Session in Tipton
Beat It Percussion’s next Sound Bath session in Tipton will be at the Brook Street Community Centre on Monday, 24th July, 1 – 2 pm. These sessions are free for people living in Sandwell and are designed to help relieve stress and give some respite from the everyday pressures of life.
This is a new venue which is being tried out, with a view to arranging regular sessions after the summer holidays. Beat It Percussion is not sure how many will attend, so bring your mat and blanket if you would like to lie on the floor and if there is room you can stretch out. Seating is provided.
There is a small car park at the Community Centre, but people usually park on nearby streets, if it is legal and safe!
