Linxs Consultancy have been commissioned to carry out this review on behalf of Sandwell Council.

This questionnaire is designed to help ascertain the current scope of perpetrator interventions and what barriers/gaps exist, as well as the effectiveness of identification and referral processes. All questions might not be relevant to you, but please take the time to answer the questionnaire as thoroughly as possible, commenting on all subject areas where you feel able to do so. Any specific comments used in the research will be anonymised.
