Victim Support are an independent charity supporting victims of crime. We work closely with policing and other criminal justice agencies to make sure that victims’ experiences are heard and used to improve future services.

If you have been a victim of crime in the West Midlands, we would be very grateful if you could share your personal experience and thoughts in this survey.

The purpose of the survey is to understand your experience with West Midlands Police if you reported the crime. If you did not report the crime, we would like to understand what may help you feel able to report in the future.

This survey is being conducted independently of the police and wider criminal justice system. We will be sharing the results with them to help everyone ensure that the voice of victims is at the heart of the service, and victims receive the rights they deserve.

The survey is completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to your report. It will take about 7 minutes to complete.

    Thank you for your time.
