Brushstrokes: Employment Support Worker

Brushstrokes, based in Smethwick, is seeking to recruit to the above role. The postholder will be responsible for the delivery of employment support and advice to refugees who have recently arrived in the UK. Undertaking initial assessments and developing an employment action plan you will support refugees and other clients into education, employment and training enabling them to settle in the local community.

The role will be on the following terms:

Salary: £24,116 – £24,818
Hours: 37 per week
Term: Fixed until March 2024
