Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust understand how significant losing a loved one or someone close to you can be. The Trust want to improve the support they offer to you and ensure that you understand the support available and what happens to the person you care for when they are in its care.

The Trust would like to invite you to join them for lunch to discuss their bereavement service.  The event is on Wednesday, 6th September, 1.00 pm, at Brasshouse Community Centre, Smethwick, when you will be able to share your experience and views on how they can improve their service offer.

Please RSVP the team on 0121 507 2671 or by email to swbn.engagement@nhs.net
