Can you help New Beginnings ‘Baby Bundles’?

New Beginnings, through registered referral agencies, provides ‘Newborn Bundles’ for the most vulnerable mothers in the community.

The bundles usually consist of a Moses basket filled with toiletries and clothing for the first six weeks or so of a new baby’s lift, gifted to families in need.

New Beginnings is a volunteer-led organisation and operates ‘Baby Bundles’ on donations from the public.

How can you help?

Giving Time: any and all help is gratefully received … whether it’s an hour a year, an hour a week or anything in between you’d be very welcome to join the team.

Giving Supplies: Everything that is given away is donated by the amazingly generous community. If you are in a position to purchase toiletries while shopping, or pass on good quality second-hand 0-6 mths baby clothes they will always be put to very good use.

Giving Financially: Just occasionally, there are items that need to be purchased for the bundles … every basket has a brand new mattress, which is purchased from an external supplier, so there is always a need for ongoing financial support.

Become a Donation Point: New Beginnings are currently looking for organisations across Sandwell who could have a donation point at their venue.  Items would be collected on a fortnightly basis or collection can be made by contacting New Beginnings.
