Free NHS Health Check Service  

Randox Health is responsible for delivering the NHS Health Check Service in Sandwell. This is a free health check for eligible patients aged 40 – 74 in Sandwell. The aims are to identify risks of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, stroke etc., to enable early intervention and improved health.

To make testing accessible and convenient for patients, Randox Health have been hosting testing days in community locations across the borough. Following the health check, great support links are provided by Healthy Sandwell, to refer patients for help with any concerns identified during the check.

A free three-month gym membership is currently being offered to anyone who would like to take up the offer.
