Sandwell NHS Talking Therapies is a service for people who are experiencing common mental health problems including low mood, depression, anxiety and stress.

If you are aged 16 years or older, are registered with a GP in Sandwell and are not already accessing another service to support your mental health, please get in touch. We accept self-referrals or referrals from professionals, and once you have been assessed and we have agreed how we are best able to meet your needs, our service can offer you a choice of treatments. This is a very practical and effective approach to help people manage their difficulties.

You can self-refer to us by calling 0121 612 6650 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) or by visiting our website – https://www.sandwelltalkingtherapies.nhs.uk/ where there is also the option to fill in a self-referral form or access our Silvercloud Online CBT offer.

If your GP sits in one of the other areas in the Black Country – Dudley, Walsall or Wolverhampton – please visit the Black Country Healthcare Talking Therapies page – https://www.blackcountryhealthcare.nhs.uk/talking-therapies

If you work for a service, we are happy to attend any team meetings to explain the Talking Therapies offer and answer any questions you may have. If you would like to discuss this, please contact Business Development & Sustainability Manager Samuel Skelding – Samuel.skelding1@nhs.net
