Help transform urgent, emergency, and planned care services
NHS partners in the Black Country would like to invite you to participate in focus groups to learn more about your recent experiences and views on hospital appointments, treatment and emergency care in the Black Country.
As a thank you for coming along to, and taking part in a 1.5-hour, face to face focus group you will receive £30 in high street vouchers.
Details of how you can get involved can be found below. What you share during the focus groups will help local doctors, nurses, service managers and commissioners shape how to deliver services in the future.

Black Country Integrated Care understand that face to face focus groups during the day won’t be convenient for everyone. So, if you’re unable to join us in person, on the dates above, don’t worry, we’ll be inviting members of the Black Country Voices panel to share their views and experiences with us throughout December. Sign up to Black Country Voices and receive regular invitations to take part in online surveys, such as this one, which will inform planning and improvements to local health and care services.
How do I let you know that I’m interested in being part of a focus group? To register your involvement, in up to a maximum of two focus groups, fill out this online form to let Healthier Futures know a bit more about you and which focus groups you can attend https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/NHSBlackCountry
