Beat It Percussion is pleased to announce new Sound Relaxation dates thanks to funding from the Better Mental Health Strategy Fund. There will be a session at 6.30 pm on Thursday, 18th January, at 4 Community Hub, West Bromwich; and at 6.30 pm on Wednesday, 24th January, at Friar Park Community Centre, Wednesbury.

For those who haven’t been before, Sound Relaxation (also known as a sound bath) is a gentle way of experiencing a deep level of relaxation without the need to do anything except sit back and let the sounds of beautiful sensory instruments wash over you. It promotes well-being and good mental health and can help those who are living with stress and anxiety.

Sessions are free to attend for adults living in Sandwell who have a disability or long-term condition.

Beat It Percussion look forward to welcoming you.

More dates and new locations will be issued soon – watch this space!  To find out more call 07875 090946.
