Creating Safe Communities – Serious Violence Briefing
Join us for our fourth Creating Safe Communities session aimed at volunteers and community groups. Following the feedback from the last session we will be focussing on serious violence—what it looks like in our country, in our region, and right here in our community. We’ll share the latest on government changes and Sandwell’s plans to stop violence and hear real stories from local services.
Taking place on Wednesday 15th May – 9.30am – 12.30pm Brasshouse Community Centre, Brasshouse Lane, Smethwick, B66 1BA.
Why You Should Come
• Understand the Problem: Learn about serious violence around us and how it affects our community.
• Get the Latest Updates: Find out about new changes and plans to fight violence.
• Hear Real Stories: Local services will share their experiences, giving us ideas on what works.
• Learn Your Role: We all have a part to play. This event will show how you can help make our community safer.
