Your Trust Charity questionnaire

Your Trust Charity is the registered charity of Sandwell & West Birmingham (SWB) NHS Trust.  The Trust includes Sandwell General Hospital, the new Midland Metropolitan University Hospital opening later this year, and over 150 community healthcare services.

The questionnaire follows recent engagement with over 100 key stakeholders, and will help decide ambitions, priorities, and brand position to 2029. Your input is truly invaluable as Your Trust become an independent NHS charity, supporting patients, people and population in Sandwell and West Birmingham.
