New Charity Commission Guidance For Trustees – “Your Starting Point Is To Accept Guidance”

The Charity Commission has told trustees that their ‘starting point’ is to accept donations offered to their organisations and not let personal motives influence their decisions.

The new guidance says that trustees can decide to refuse or return a donation “where this would be in your charity’s best interests”.  For more information please click here
