Join Communities In Sync for the exciting launch of WDH Sandwell and get all the essential service information you need in an online briefing on Monday, 29th April at 10am.

Wider determinants of Health (WDH) are a range of social, environmental, and economic factors which impact directly on the health (physical and mental) of the population. Communities In Sync have been working in partnership with the Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to identify how best to address some of the wider determinants of health, and how they impact on the wellbeing of residents.

The WDH Sandwell project consists of 17 organisations, delivering a range of unique service which attempt to address some of the wider determinants of health.  Each of the 17 projects are designed to support people who are in need, and when combined they can make a real difference to residents. If you offer services and support to people in Sandwell, this session is the ideal opportunity to learn about this project and how you can connect with it.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to stay informed and engaged. Mark your calendars and see you there! (book your ticket using the link below)
