SWEDA (The Skills, Work, and Enterprise Development Agency) are currently hiring for two roles.

Digital Skills Trainer/ICT Support Officer:

To support the CEO with reports, marketing research and all things digital,
To ensure all staff have the right digital tools they need to be effective in their jobs,
To help upskill the community.

Community Development Officer:

Experienced Community Connectors, who would be responsible for:

The development and coordination of our Community Development services,
Developing and supporting capacity building activities with local communities,
Have substantial experience of working with hard-to-reach groups,
Have a good understanding of issues facing disadvantaged BAME and non-migrant communities.
